You will pay the rental fee and deposit when you pick up your motorcycle or scooter, and you can pay using a credit card, debit card, or cash.

The Cafemotorbike courtesy minibus is a free transportation option we offer so you can reach the branch and pick up your vehicle. This service is FREE within a 10 km radius of your selected location. IT IS NOT VALID FOR AIRPORTS. The minibus may be delayed for reasons beyond the company s control.
If you need to depart on time, we recommend making your own way to the branch to pick up your vehicle.

If you require the shuttle service, we will notify you via WhatsApp approximately 15 minutes before your scheduled arrival time. If you booked well in advance, we will contact you the day before. We also ask that you be ready and waiting for the shuttle to arrive. The shuttle WILL NOT STOP WAIT FOR YOU, to minimize inconvenience to subsequent customers.
